Abstract:  and characteristics of children’s reading promotion, this paper, taking the case of Mum’s House of Minhang District Library for example, tries to introduce the integration and selection of “quaternity” service team in children’s reading promotion. Focusing on practices and experiments, cooperation, and quality and efficiency, we elaborately design a parent-child reading platform in order to expand reading promotion space and instill new vigor in the sustainable and in-depth development of children’s reading promotion of Minhang District Library.
