Abstract: The archives 2(the library construction and expenditure of the escrow of Siku Quanshu) special volumes have 273 pages. There are more than one hundred kinds of all kinds of files. Its main content is the accumulation of various documents and correspondence (Draft), all statements and credentials of library construction and expenditure. These Records have important reference value, so the article reproduces sixteen file texts(arrangement in order to produce time) and provides the original data for the academic circles.
