Abstract:  In big data environment, the number of digital resources has increased, and the granularity of resource organization is more refined. Peoples’ demand for data mining and knowledge service become more urgent. This paper analyzes several literature metadata standards used by different publishers and information service institutions, especially NSTL unified literature metadata standard. Then, we find that metadata design presents unitarity, modularity, fineness, identities and relevance trends and features.
