An Interpretation of the 13th Five-Year Strategic Plan for Shanghai Library

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper sketches the drafting processes and contents of the 13th five-year strategic plan for Shanghai Library. It highlights and describes the 10 main tasks of this plan. Finally, it looks into the future of Shanghai Library in terms of resources, services, technologies and managements during the 13th fiveyear.This paper aims to provide reference for domestic colleagues.
