The Building of Expert Database based on Linked Data

Abstract

Abstract: Using experts’ names, professional titles, organizations, published papers, and journals as data sources, which are stored in non-relational databases OpenLinkVirtuoso in RDF format, this research builds an expert database by integrating Pubmed literature data with DOI number. An extensible ontology is constructed on the basis of these open ontology vocabulary (DC, FOAF, BIBO etc.).
