Practices and Inspiration of Foreign Libraries Supporting Digital Humanities

Abstract

Abstract: Digital humanities is the emerging interdisciplinary research field at home and abroad in recent years. While the study is more in-depth abroad, our country is on the initial development stage. To understand how foreign libraries are supporting digital humanities and to draw lessons from their successful experience, we conducted case analysis through site investigation, then selected classical cases for further analysis, and provided reference for libraries at home in terms of participation, professional personnel training, service quality evaluation and communication.
