Abstract:
The service counters are the basis for library readers’ service. This article will put forward some conflicts in the design of current working hour system and its practices. Meanwhile, it analyzes the insufficiency in the measures, which are to solve the above conflicts. To perfect the personnel policy, it proposes some ideas on the redesign of the working system, considering government policy and social demands.
