Qingfanqie Network Library: The Model of Public Cultural Service by Social Enterprises

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper expounds on the innovation of Qingfanqie Network Library, including the service, form of organization, participatory factors, and market relationship. It analyzes the lending service, marketing mechanism, and profits-turned-public-welfare mechanism, as well as proposing improvement for librarianship development.
