摘要:

数字与智能技术的快速进步对全民阅读活动产生了深远影响。本文从技术可供性的角度出发,阐述了各类新兴技术对全民阅读的支持作用,并结合具体案例,针对儿童、青少年、成人、老年人4 个年龄群体,对新兴技术的应用情况及其影响进行了探讨。在此基础上,笔者指出当前全民阅读发展过程中存在的信息过载、数据伦理、数字鸿沟等风险,并对未来全民阅读中个性化、均衡化和终身化的发展方向做出了展望。

Abstract:

The rapid advancement of digital and intelligent technologies has made a profound impact onnational reading initiatives. The paper adopts a technology affordance perspective and examines howvarious emerging technologies support national reading. Furthermore, it reviews existing literature andcase studies to investigate the application and impact of these technologies across four age groups: children,adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Based on the analysis, the paper highlights current challenges innational reading development, including information overload, concerns about data ethics, and digitaldivide. In response, it suggests future directions for personalized, equitable, and lifelong reading.
