摘要：

研究旨在探究面向肿瘤患者的阅读疗法干预效果，聚焦心理状态量表评分的效应量改变，对阅读疗法的异质性原因展开要素分析。共纳入9 篇干预性研究，共计704 位肿瘤患者，采用RevMan5.4 软件进行统计分析。效应量合并结果显示阅读疗法可以减轻恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态，改善焦虑症状，提高生活质量。异质性来源分析包括开展阅读疗法的场所、实施阅读疗法的人员、书目选择和组织形式等。阅读疗法在肿瘤患者中应用有效，对实践过程中的各要素分析将有助于未来工作开展。

Abstract:

This meta-analysis aims to examine the effect of bibliotherapy on psychological statusamong cancer patients, focusing on the changes in psychological scores and factors influencing theeffectiveness of bibliotherapy. Nine intervention studies with a total of 704 patients were included andanalyzed statistically using RevMan 5.4 software. Pooled results showed that bibliotherapy could alleviatedepression, anxiety symptoms, and improve quality of life in patients with malignant tumors. Factorsinfluencing the effectiveness included venues of bibliotherapy implementation, professionals providingbibliotherapy, literature selection, and organizational forms. Bibliotherapy is effective among cancerpatients. Analysis of the influencing factors in the implementation process will facilitate future work
