基于区块链技术的档案数据质量保障研究

摘要：

大数据时代，档案数据急剧增长，成为档案管理的新场域。与此同时，档案数据失真、失效、失读、失序、失密等问题多发，亟待强化档案数据质量管控。区块链技术作为新一代数据管理技术，为档案数据质量保障提供新路径。本文运用文献研究等方法，对档案数据质量保障内涵及特征进行诠释。借助区块链的可追溯技术、不可篡改技术、本体技术、侧链技术、语义区块链等，揭示基于区块链的档案数据质量保障特性。从法治建设、平台建设、设施建设、人才建设等方面构建基于区块链技术的档案数据质量保障策略，为档案数据质量管控保驾护航。

management. Meanwhile, there are more and more problems in archival data, such as thedistortion, invalidation, loss of read, disorder, and divulge secret. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen thecontrol of archival data quality. With the method of literature research, this paper analyzes the connotationand characteristic of archival data quality assurance. In virtue of the technology of traceability,immutability, ontology, sidechains, semantic blockchain, this paper discloses the characteristic of archivaldata quality assurance based on blockchain. This article proposes the strategies for archival data qualityassurance based on blockchain technology, from the aspects of rule of law construction, platform building,infrastructure construction, and talent cultivation, so as to promote the high quality development ofarchival data quality management and control.
