学术图书馆数字学术服务战略方向研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文旨在从世界一流大学图书馆的战略规划中确定学术图书馆数字学术服务的主要战略方向。文章首先通过访问和审查QS 世界大学排名前50 名大学的图书馆网站，获取了27 份战略规划文本。其后，采用内容分析法对数字学术服务的内容进行编码，进一步细化了战略规划中数字学术服务的概念。最后，文章总结了24 个与数字学术活动相关的术语，并归纳出学术图书馆数字学术服务的5 个战略方向：建设数字基础设施、推进开放学术、嵌入学术生命周期、支持数字赋能和扩大学术影响力。同时，文章提出了中国学术图书馆数字学术服务发展的建议：建设数字基础设施，增强学术竞争力；加强数字素养教育，激发数字胜任力；实施开放学术服务，扩大学术影响力。

Abstract:

This paper aims to identify major strategic directions of digital scholarship services ofacademic libraries in the strategic planning of world-class university libraries. Firstly, this paper obtained27 libraries’ strategic plans by accessing and reviewing the library websites of the top 50 universitieslisted in the QS World University Rankings. Then, the content analysis method was adopted to encoderelated terminologies for further refining the concept of digital scholarship services. Finally, it concluded24 digital scholarship terminologies related to digital scholarship activities and summarized 5 strategicdirections of digital scholarship services in academic libraries, that is, building digital infrastructures,advancing open scholarships, embedding in the academic life cycles, supporting digital empowermentsand expanding academic influences. Meanwhile, this study made proposals concerning the developmentof digital scholarship services in Chinese academic libraries, including building digital infrastructure tostrengthen academic competitiveness, enhancing digital literacy education to inspire digital competence,and implementing open scholarship services to expand academic influences.
