摘要：

农家书屋作为重点文化惠民工程，是乡村文化振兴的核心窗口。基于和城乡一体公共图书馆服务体系融合的发展进程，嘉兴市以农家书屋升级为目标，结合农村文化礼堂提升，以礼堂书屋建设为抓手，采用“政府主导、统筹发展、统一管理、多元融合”的建设思路，从资源、功能、服务、管理等方面开展创新实践，为乡村公共阅读服务体系高质量的效能提升和可持续发展，提供了可复制、可推广的有效样本。

Abstract:

As one of the major cultural projects benefiting the general society, Farmhouse ReadingRooms project is a core element of rural revitalization. Along with the development the urban-ruralpublic library service system integration, Jiaxing city aims at upgrading the farmhouse reading rooms,and focuses on the construction of auditorium library. It adopts a constructive idea of government-led,integrated development, unified management and pluralistic integration, and takes innovative practicesin terms of resources, functions, services and management. It provides a generalizable, replicable andeffective sample for the enhancement and sustainable development of rural public reading service system.
