主题图书馆建设行动者网络模型构建——以杭州主题图书馆为例

摘要: 主题图书馆建设主体具有广泛性,如何有效提升各主体积极性并推动其融合发展,是
主题图书馆可持续发展的首要问题。基于行动者网络理论,本文以杭州图书馆29家主题图书馆分
馆作为调研对象,发现了泛主体合作模式的主题图书馆在建设中的障碍与目标,探究了如何征召
和吸引各行动者合作共建,最终形成主题图书馆建设的行动者网络模型。通过分析各主体间的关
系,本文优化了以公共图书馆为主导、政府推进、用户参与、社会力量加入的合作治理新格局,
对推动我国主题图书馆可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: The development of theme library involves extensive actors. How to effectively enhance
the enthusiasm of each party and promote their integrated development is the primary issue to address
for the sustainable development of theme library. Based on the actor-network theory, this paper takes 29
branches of theme libraries of Hangzhou Library as the research objects, discovering the obstacles and
goals in the construction of theme libraries with the mode of cooperation of various actors, exploring how
to recruit and attract various actors to cooperate and build, and finally forming the actor-network model of
the construction of theme libraries. Through the analysis of the relationship between the main actors, this
paper optimizes the new pattern of cooperative governance, which is led by public libraries, promoted by
the government, and joined by users and social forces. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable
development of theme libraries in China.
