摘要： 对11种图书馆学、情报学与文献学学术期刊微信公众平台进行评价，旨在对评价指标体系的有效性、可靠性进行验证，并从现状调研结果中探寻学术期刊微信公众平台提升策略。参照评价指标体系，运用网络调查法对学术期刊微信公众平台建设、运营现状进行调研，并在此基础上结合专家打分法进行形式、内容、效用三大维度的综合评价。基于学术“全评价”体系的学术期刊微信公众平台评价体系的评价目的具有诊断性、评价指标具有全面性、评价方法具有可操作性，能够全面、有效地评价学术期刊微信公众平台运营和服务实效。评价结果显示，《图书馆杂志》《图书情报工作》《图书馆建设》三种期刊的微信公众平台综合评分最高，表明其具有较高的影响力，用户对其服务效果的认可度较高。

Abstract: This paper evaluates the WeChat public platforms of 11 academic journals in the library and information science (LIS) field, in order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the evaluation index system, and to explore the promotion strategies of the WeChat public platforms of academic journals. With reference to the evaluation index system, the construction and operation status of the academic journals’ WeChat public platforms were investigated, by means of network survey. And on this basis, the format, content and utility dimensions were comprehensively evaluated by experts. As it revealed, the “All-around” Evaluation System can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the operation and service effectiveness of the WeChat public platforms of academic journals. The paper also put forward the promotion strategies for the WeChat public platforms of academic journals from three aspects, namely, format, content and
utility.
