Abstract: This paper makes a historical review of the relationship between Shanghai Library and the Shanghai Cross Strait Academic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, and makes a phased and specific record of the development history of the Shanghai Cross Strait Academic and Cultural Exchange Promotion Association.
