Research on the Formation Mechanism and Conceptual Model of Users’ Health Information Sharing Behavior in WeChat Moments

摘要: 对微信朋友圈用户健康信息转发行为形成机理及概念模型进行探索性的扎根研究,有助
于丰富现有研究体系,优化相关方网络健康信息服务,改善我国医疗服务现状,间接助力“健
康中国2030”战略推行。文章使用半结构访谈法收集数据,按照扎根理论的编码要求进行编码分
析,提炼微信朋友圈用户健康信息转发行为的影响因素,分析其形成机理并构建其概念模型。研
究表明,健康信息发布方层面因素和平台运营方层面因素是微信朋友圈用户健康信息转发行为形
成的外部影响因素,也是间接影响因素,包含健康信息质量、发布方被认可度、管理规范性和平
台服务质量4条影响路径。用户层面因素是微信朋友圈用户健康信息转发行为形成的内部影响因
素和直接影响因素,包括个人偏好、感知收益和感知风险3条影响路径。

Abstract: Exploring the formation mechanism and conceptual model of users’ health information
sharing behavior on WeChat moments is helpful to enrich the existing research system, optimize the online
health information services of relevant parties, improve the current situation of medical services in China,
and indirectly contribute to the implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” strategy. Using semi-structure
interview method to collect data, the influencing factors of users’ health information sharing behavior
on WeChat moments are extracted, in accordance with the coding requirements of grounded theory, the
formation mechanism is analyzed and its conceptual model constructed. The research shows that the health
information publisher and platform operator are external and indirect influencing factors, which include four
influencing paths: the quality of health information, the recognition of the publisher, the standardization of
management and the service quality of the platform. Users are the internal and direct influencing factor that
consists of three impact paths: personal preference, perceived income and perceived risk.
