摘要： 探究企业管理者在突发新冠肺炎疫情下风险感知与行为选择的关系有利于政府及有关部门采取针对性措施，优化企业管理者防疫抗疫行为，间接帮助企业更好应对疫情，降低疫情对社会经济发展造成的不利影响。本文首先基于已有研究提出合理假设，以企业管理者对社会、财务、心理和健康4个维度的风险感知作为自变量，以企业管理者在疫情期间的防疫抗疫行为作为因变量，构建结构方程模型验证所提假设的正确性。研究发现企业管理者在新冠肺炎疫情中的财务、心理风险感知对积极防疫抗疫行为具有显著正向性，而社会和健康风险感知却表现为显著负效应，基于此提出了可适当控制企业管理者财务和心理风险、尽可能降低社会和健康风险的相关建议。

Abstract: Exploring how executives perceive risk and take actions during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia can help governments and relevant departments develop targeted measures, optimize enterprises’ response to the epidemic, and reduce the adverse impact of the epidemic on economic development. This paper first put forth assumptions based on the research of existing literature, and then identified society, finance, psychology, and health risk perception of executives as the independent variables, whereas executives’ actions during epidemic as the dependent variables, to construct a structural equation model to verify the proposed hypothesis. The study found that the financial and psychological risk perceptions of enterprise managers in the epidemic had a significant positive effect on positive epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic behavior, while the social and health risk perceptions a significant negative effect. Finally, it put forward suggestions that we should appropriately control the financial and psychological risks of enterprise managers and minimize social and health risks as much as possible.
