摘要： 由上海市高校图书情报工作委员会、长三角地区高校图书馆联盟主办的首届“高校文献资源建设与绩效管理研讨会”于2017年11月23-24日在上海交通大学图书馆举办。会议立足高等学校“双一流”建设，着眼图书馆学科文献建设及馆藏评估、绩效管理，研讨新时期文献资源建设面临的主要问题和挑战，创新数字环境下文献资源建设理论和方法，提升文献资源建设绩效水平，加强了长三角地区高校图书馆建设一流文献资源的共识。

Abstract: The first Symposium on the Collection Development and Performance Management of University Libraries, sponsored by Academic Library and Information Committee of Shanghai and the University Library Union of Yangtze River Delta, was held in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library from November 23 to 24, 2017. Based on the goal of being “Double First-rate” in colleges and universities, the symposium focused on the subject information resource construction, collection evaluation and performance management of the libraries. It discussed the main problems and challenges in the development of information resource in the new era, as well as innovated related theories and practices in the digital environment. It thus helps university libraries of the Yangtze River Delta region to strengthen collection development performance, and obtain a consensus in the construction of first-rate information resource.
