摘要： 本文基于对深圳图书馆RFID项目组的调研访谈，详述了深圳图书馆实施RFID技术的背景及创意萌生的过程，以及在具体实施过程中，深圳图书馆如何克服经验、经费、技术等方面的困难，在全馆全面推进RFID技术的应用，在自助借还、文献定位、馆藏清点、归架管理等环节实现图书馆管理的自动化；并以此为基础，首创城市街区24h自助图书馆，实现由传统图书馆到智能图书馆的转型，最后引领深圳各公共图书馆，实现“图书馆之城”文化创想的整个过程。文章同时对未来深圳图书馆智能图书馆建设的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Based on the interview with librarians of the RFID project group of the Shenzhen Library,this paper gives a detailed description of the background and origin of the idea of RFID application, as well as the difficulties overcome in terms of lack in experience, funding, and technology so as to realize automatic management of library. The library pioneers the 24-hour self-help library in the city, and leads the other public libraries to achieve the concept of Shenzhen as ‘The City of Libraries’ by completing the transformation from traditional library to intelligent library. Finally, the paper also looks into the future development of the intelligent library.
