摘要： 数据素养是教育者的核心素养之一，是透视数据使用研究领域的一个关键概念。文章分 别从大数据、决策以及教育者的角度阐释了数据素养的内容与特征，将国外教育者决策过程中数 据使用的研究归纳为数据使用的知识点研究、数据使用的教育课程和数据使用的项目培训3种模 式。然后，针对现有研究内容及不足，本文提出了注重数据使用的反馈与评价，依靠多种类型的 数据辅助决策和注重数据使用过程的伦理关怀的建议，以期为教学数据素养研究提供思路借鉴， 提高数据使用的有效性。

Abstract: Data literacy has become one of the essential competencies of educators, and is also a critical element to reflect the use of research data. The paper tries to define the concept and describe the basic features of data literacy from the angles of big data, decision making and educators. It generalizes the application on the part of foreign educators in decision making into knowledge point research of data use, education curriculum of data use, and training project of data use. It then addresses the insufficiency of present study by proposing more feedbacks and evaluation, diversified data sources, and attentions to ethical issues.
