摘要：
在图书馆学界与语言学界，均认定“图书馆”一词是从日语中借来的，并以1896年《时务报》上日本人贞吉的文章为“图书馆”首次出现于中国的例证，用作否定中国古代有图书馆史的一个证据。然考究古代文献，发现早在宋代黄庭坚的诗歌中即出现“图书馆”一词，且再次发现于清乾隆间诗人黎简的诗中，此两例即击破了外源词之论。

Abstract:
Most of the library scientists and linguistics regard that the Chinese word “tú shū guǎn (library)” was borrowed from the Japanese word during the modernization period of the late Qing Dynasty.“Tú shū guǎn” first appeared in China in an article by Japanese ZhenJi on Shiwu Newspaper in 1896. However, our discovery indicates its mistake. We found the Chinese word “tú shū guǎn” appeared in Huang Tingjian’s poetry in the Song Dynasty, as well as in Li Jian’s poetry during Emperor Qian Long’s reign in the Qing Dynasty. These two examples effectively falsify the previous assumption.
