Construction and Application of Science and Technology Website Information Quality Evaluation Model Based on Structural Equation

摘要:

为丰富网站评价研究的理论基础,深化并丰富“全评价”的内容和应用领域,证明“全评价”的科学性,本文构建既具特色又对科技网站评价具有普适性功能的信息质量评价模型。结合顾客满意理论,将“全评价”体系框架运用于科技网站评价研究。运用结构方程技术构建包含科技前沿性、科技创新效用、知识或技能效用三个创新性评价指标,由信息内容质量、信息效用质量和用户满意三个变量组成的“基于结构方程的科技网站信息质量评价模型”。依据拟合指标验证模型成立,证明“全评价”中内容评价与效用评价之间的因果关系。根据模型计算得出实证对象评价结果及排名。通过检验证明模型的科学性和可靠性。

Abstract:

To enrich the theoretical basis of website evaluation research, to deepen and enrich the content and application areas of the “whole evaluation”, and to prove the scientificity of the “full evaluation”, The paper builds characteristic information quality evaluation model which is universally applicable to science and technology websites. It is constructed based on customer satisfaction theory and “full evaluation” system.By adopting the structural equation, it builds the model that includes three innovative evaluation indicators of frontier science, technology innovation effectiveness as well as knowledge/skill effectiveness, and has three variables, namely, information content quality, information effectiveness quality and user satisfaction. The model is tested valid by the fitting index, and it also proves the causal relationship between content evaluation and effectiveness evaluation within “full evaluation”. According to the model, the results of empirical evaluation and ranking can be obtained. And the scientificity and reliability of the model are proved by tests.
