数据论文概念辨析及其同行评审研究

摘要：

在厘清数据论文概念框架的基础上，选取10种典型数据期刊，通过分析其数据论文命名方式、期刊介绍、投稿指南、审稿说明、同行评审标准等，总结数据论文命名方式、同行评审方式及内容。得出各数据期刊出于不同目的，其命名方式不尽相同；数据论文同行评审的方式有开放式、封闭式两种；同行评审内容涉及前期质量控制、数据与论文一致性等方面。数据期刊应该考虑到数据论文的特殊性，制定多元的数据论文同行评审策略。

Abstract:

After clarifying the definition of data papers, this paper summarizes the naming methods of data papers and content of peer review by analyzing 10 representative data journals. It draws the conclusion that ways of naming differ among different data journals which have different purposes. It also identifies
two types of peer reviews: the open and the closed ones. Since peer review involves quality control during the early stage and the consistency of data with paper, it is proposed that the uniqueness of data papers should be taken into account so as to develop diversified peer review strategies.
