论文层面计量学（Article-Level Metrics）：发展过程、特点、指标与应用

摘要：

本文主要以论文层面计量学为研究对象，阐释其内涵及与替代计量学的区别，梳理论文层面计量学的发展过程，提出论文层面计量学具有即时性与社会化、学术可见度与社会可见度、长期与短期指标、定性与定量评价方法及开放存取与开放数据五大特点。以PLOS的论文层面计量项目为例，介绍论文层面计量指标的最新分类情况，归纳论文层面计量工具的类型，展示其在出版领域的应用情况，总结论文层面计量学对研究者、研究机构、基金管理者和出版者的应用前景。

Abstract:

Firstly, we illustrated the connotation of article-level metrics and its difference with altmetrics.Secondly, we briefly described the development process of article-level metrics. Thirdly, article-level metrics has five characteristics: the immediacy and the socialization; scholarly visibility and social visibility; shortterm indicators and long-term indicators; qualitative method and quantitative method; open access and open data. Take PLOS for example, we introduced the latest classification of the article-level metrics. We summarized the major types of article-level metrics tools and the application of tools in publishing. At last, we concluded the potential of article-level metrics for researchers, research institution, funders and publishers.
