替代计量指标分层与聚合的理论研究

Theoretical Research on Stratifying and Aggregating Altmetric Indicators

摘要: 众多替代计量指标处在离散状态,不利于利益相关者对替代计量学的理解,也使得替代计量研究呈现非系统化特点。笔者以学术成果影响力为切入点,首先构建了学术成果影响力产生模型,据此对替代计量指标实行分层,即传播层次、获取层次和利用层次,发现了不同层次替代计量指标的转化关系,并在每层增加了程度维度,即传播强度、获取粘性和利用深度,使每个既有替代计量指标在整个分层体系中得到定位,有利于加深对这些指标的理解;最后,在明确了对替代计量指标聚合的四点注意事项后,总结了替代指标聚合的三种方法,即数学处理、分配权重和关联可视化,并指出数学处理的聚合强度最高。

Abstract: A large quantity of altmetris indicators are scattered, which is not conducive to non-professional stakeholders’ understanding, and makes altemtrics studies unsystematic. Bearing the influence of academic results in mind, the author firstly builds a generation model of academic products' impact, and categorizes altmetrics indicators into layers of propagation, obtainment and application. The author discovers the possibility of transitions of indicators among these three layers and adds dimensions (i.e., propagation intensity, obtainment stickiness, and application depth) to each layer, so as to deepen the understanding of altmetris indicators. In the end, after pointing out four issues worthy of attention on indicator aggregation, the author summarizes three was of aggregation, namely, mathematic processing, weight allocation and correlation visualization, among which, mathematic processing is believed to generate the highest level of aggregation.
