摘要:

触觉绘本作为普通儿童绘本与触摸阅读方式相结合的产物,因其在盲童教育、阅读和心理等
方面的重要作用,早在三十年前国际上就有图书馆开始关注盲童触觉绘本的阅读。为了使我国广大盲
童能够有更好的资源来及早适应触摸阅读,在训练触摸技巧的同时培养阅读的兴趣,促进他们想象
力、理解力和记忆力的开发,增强与他人的交流沟通,形成健全的人格,我国图书馆应该借鉴国外的
先进做法,有效利用政策的支持,结合我国国情和已有的儿童绘本阅读推广经验,动员一切可以动员
的社会力量,开展盲童触觉绘本阅读推广服务。

Abstract:

Incorporating ordinary children’s picture books and tactile reading, tactile picture books
plays an important role in the education, reading, and psychological development of blind children,
drawing attention from some libraries abroad as early as thirty years ago. In order for our blind children to
access better resources, accustom themselves to tactile reading, cultivate interest in reading, inspire their
imagination and tap their comprehension and communicative capabilites, domestic libraries should learn
from their overseas counterparts, utilize policy supports, and mobilize social forces to promote tactile
reading.
