Abstract: This paper introduces construction principle and goal, the management system and history of Anti-Japanese War literature resources, analyzes the mechanism of resources sharing and integration as well as the effects of resource construction, and illustrates the function and characteristic of network service system, primary service pattern and its effectiveness, and the prospect of literature center in the future.
