Abstract:

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content AIGC technologyhow university libraries use AIGC technology to improve service quality has become a key research focusat present. This study aims to explore how AIGC technology can empower innovation in university libraryservices investigate its practical application in domestic and foreign university libraries provideinspiration for innovative application of AIGC technology to achieve smart services in university librariesand propose future pathways for technological innovation and intelligent service optimization. This studyis conducted from two perspectives theoretical literature analysis and practical problem-driven .Firstly using the bibliometric tool VOSviewer we explore and visualize academic papers from bothdomestic and international sources to compare similarities and differences in research directions andapplication practices of AIGC in university libraries. Secondly by conducting research on AIGC applications on the websites of China􀆳s 􀆵Double First-Class universities and QS Global Top 50 universitylibraries this study systematically analyzes the current status and effectiveness of AIGC technology inuniversity libraries from multiple dimensions such as knowledge retrieval resource recommendationintelligent consultation personalized services literature mining and analysis knowledge graphconstruction classification and indexing intelligent reservation services and intelligent collectiondevelopment. The research summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of AIGC technology in subjectservices for university libraries and proposes a roadmap for university libraries to apply AIGC to enhancesmart services providing reference for the intelligent transformation of university library services.
