Abstract:

To address the problems of scattered policy documents and fragmented policy information thisstudy takes data-driven decision-making as the core concept and builds a political inquiry policyplatform. The library is built through multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and guided by the strategyof  one horizontal and one vertical . By integrating cutting-edge technologies such as big data analyticsdeep semantic analysis and data mining this platform realizes the efficient integration intelligent retrievaland dynamic update of policy information achieving practical value in many fields such as promotingprecise policy implementation supporting innovation-driven development deepening internationalcooperation and ultimately providing quantitative data support for decision-makers.
