Abstract:
Liang Qichao is a Chinese scholar, journalist, philosopher, and reformist during the late Qing dynasty and early Chinese Republic who inspired Chinese scholars with his writings and reform movements. In all his life Liang Qichao was closely connected with the Chinese library development because he is one of the most important pioneers in this field and made great contributions to it. His theory of library still exerts considerable influence in the advancement of contemporary library career.
