Construction of Creative Management Model of Reading Promotion in Library

Abstract: We need to improve the management system for sustainable development of reading promotion, and creative management is an important part of engendering innovation. This paper summarizes the reasons for creative management of reading promotion: strengthening attractiveness,avoiding homogenization, maintaining professionalism and sustainability. It also analyzes the key elements of creative management in various fields. It then establishes a creative management model of reading promotion based on creative team, creative atmosphere, creative channel, creative regime and
creative realization. It provides reference for the construction of management system in libraries.
