Abstract: Taking the “Picture Book Meets Improvisational Drama” activity as an example, it analyzes the design concept, implementation process, effects and characteristics of conducting improvisational drama in public libraries, reflects on the existing shortcomings and considers the direction of further development in future in the hope of enlightening the reading promotion activities of public libraries.
