Abstract: Open access (OA) resources have become an indispensable part of library resource development. The selecting and collecting of OA periodicals in line with the collection scope of library and cataloging in the library automation system will make them organically integrated with the subscribed resources, efficiently enlarge the scale and scope of library resource collection, and provide readers with richer, more complete and continuous retrieval and acquisition services.
