Abstract

Abstract: Exploring the utilization and research of red literature in libraries will effectively support and promote the research in the history of the Communist Party of China, modern Chinese history and regional history, which is of great significance for inheriting the red gene, carrying forward the revolutionary spirit and educating people. Taking Renmin University Library of China’s efforts of sorting out red literature catalogue, building red literature platform, digitizing the red literature and planning red exhibition as examples, this paper discusses the way of mining and researching of red literature, and explores the law of red literature research through interlibrary cooperation, cooperation with experts from different departments, and project research.
