The Charm of Reward Points

Abstract: The article introduces the innovative practice of Wenzhou Children’s Library and Wenzhou Library in promoting children readers’ service with the reward points system. It starts with the origin of the idea of reward points in Wenzhou Children’s Library, and then systematically describes the implementation process of the reward points system from three aspects: the development, the improvement, and the optimization. It concludes with an introduction to the design and operation of the Children’s Knowledge Bank of Wenzhou Library and its social benefits.
