Abstract: The self-built database of open access full-text journals will play an important role for libraries to better serve users, to reduce the costs of digital library resources, and to train library professional and technical team. This paper studies the practice from many aspects, including the connotation and preconditions, the advantages of resources, sources and evaluation, the integration of web sources and retrieval methods, network hard disk sources and retrieval methods, QQ group sources and retrieval methods, and single journal website source and retrieval methods.
