Understanding Behavioral Intention in Using Mobile Library:A Comparison of Four Models

Abstract:

This paper attempts to examine factors affecting user behavioral intention to us mobile library through empirically comparing and assessing four models of IT/IS acceptance. Using 197 questionnaire data collected in southern China, this paper conducts data analysis by SEM. The results suggest that,
“Technology Acceptance Model” appears to be the best model. The results also show that perceived usefulness positively affects perceived ease of use, and both, in turn, have positive effects on attitude,which further affects user intention to use mobile library. However, perceived usefulness does not have an
impact on user intention.
