Abstract:

From the perspective of users‘ diverse demands, this article constructs a Kano model analysisframework to examine the design elements of library cultural and creative products. A mixed-methodsresearch approach is adopted. Firstly, the concept lattice method is used to conduct text mining on usercomment data, combined with theoretical analysis and expert interviews, to systematically identify thecore components of library cultural and creative product design. Secondly, through the Kano model, these elements are classified, and their influence on user satisfaction is quantitatively evaluated through themixed-category and Better-Worse index methods. It further analyzes the differentiated demandcharacteristics among different consumer groups with varying levels of purchasing willingness. Finally, based on these findings, the paper proposes an optimized configuration scheme for the design elements oflibrary cultural and creative products. The research provides theoretical support and practical guidance forthe innovative development of library cultural and creative products, and offers a reference for enhancinguser satisfaction through demand-oriented design.
