Abstract: The  transcripts of Doushi Lianzhu Ji transcribed by Qi Zhaonan in the Qing Dynasty collected by the Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Tianjin Public Library respectively are all forgeries of the booksellers. As a corroborative edition for the forgery of these two transcripts is acopy of Xu Yonghao from the National Library of China. The so-called red handwriting of Qi Zhaonan inthe header and footer of the book is actually recorded by He Zhuo and Lao Quan. The two postscripts of Qi Zhaonan at the end of the volume were actually copied by the bookseller from Xu Yonghao and LaoQuan. The poetry nominated for Xin Shan Gua Ting Zi Gui in the transcripts was not supplemented by QiZhaonan but was recorded by Huang Pilie in the 15th year of the Jiaqing reign of the Qing Dynasty1810 based on the Song Dynasty’s edition. The seals of Qi Zhaonan and Yan Yuanzhao stamped in thetranscripts are also forged by booksellers. These two manuscripts might be forged after May of the 24thyear of the Qing Dynasty‘s Daoguang reign 1844 and before July of the first year of the Republic ofChina 1912 . The perpetrator may be Tan Xiqing who is the owner of the Zhengwen Study.
