The Empirical Research on Influence Factors of Scientific ResearchPersonnel’s Knowledge Sharing Intention in Virtual AcademicCommunity: Based on the Perspective of Trust

Abstract

Abstract: Taking scientific research personnel’s trust in virtual academic community as the research object,
the paper discusses the influencing factors on knowledge sharing intention. It has definite theory reference
value and practical guiding significance for promoting knowledge communication & sharing and optimizing
the operation of virtual academic community platform. Firstly, the paper measures the variables of scientific
research personnel’s trust in virtual academic community and knowledge sharing intention, constructing the
research model; it then designs questionnaire and makes empirical analysis about survey data. Conclusions are
as follows: scientific research personnel’s emotion trust in members, morality trust in members, knowledge
sharing ability trust in members and system trust in academic community has notably positive impact on
knowledge sharing intention, whereas the trust in community managers exerts no such significant influence.
