Analysis and Reflection on the Patent Information Service inUniversity Libraries for Industrial Development

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, university libraries have vigorously developed patent information service
and actively served the development of local economy and industrial technology innovation. Based on a
large number of empirical research data, this paper systematically analyzes the basic conditions, existing
business and difficulties faced by university libraries in providing patent information services for industrial
technology innovation, and then reveals the existing deficiencies. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions
on improving the service conditions, and optimizing service model, in order to provide a useful reference
for university libraries.
