Abstract:

My Depression is an autobiographical picture book on depression by Elizabeth Swados,an American prestigious composer, playwright and director. She exposes to us the basics of depression,namely, symptoms, danger, causes, and countermeasures, from her own experience. Combining with other
successful case studies in bibliotherapy, the authors analyze the impact and effectiveness of bibliotherapy.They conclude that this book is a masterpiece that can help people get over depression.
