Development of Three Public Libraries with Entire Outsourcing Services

Abstract

Abstract:

There are three public libraries in China that are operated entirely with outsourcing services.They are New District Library of Wuxi in Jiangsu Province, Nansha District Library of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province and Jinghu District Library of Wuhu in Anhui Province. This article investigates and analyses these three libraries, including their outsourcing background, outsourcing effects and websites construction. The purpose is to summarize the experience to be drawn upon.
