Assessment of Data Literacy Competency and Thoughts on Data Literacy Development in University

Abstract

Abstract:

Based on analysis of definition of data literacy, a survey was conducted among science focus group to investigate principal components of data literacy, and came up with a comprehensive function for evaluation eventually. In the end of the paper, the authors presented their suggestion for data literacy
development by university library.
