Problems of the Corporate Governance Structure of the Public Library and Countermeasures: A Case Study of the Corporate Governance Pilot Program in Wenzhou Library

Abstract

Taking Wenzhou Library as an example, the paper describes some practices of corporate governance and the main features of the board. It points out some problems in, for example, the top-level design, the relevant policy, and the reform power. At this stage, efforts should be made to strengthen toplevel design, stipulate policies and establish decision-making system in order to realize the positive role of the board, and properly handle the convergence of the existing management system. It hopes to provide reference for the other pilot institutions.
