The Construction and Management of Volunteer System in Country Public Library: An Example of Longhai City Public Library

Abstract:

To share information resources effectively and widen the culture service, adopting the volunteer system in county public library is a good choice. This paper analyses how to construct a normalized mechanism in county public library and to manage it effectively. Eventually, the paper elaborates the achievements of the service work in an electronic reading room in Longhai City Public Library for the past few years.
