Abstract: The article analyzes the shortcomings of two kinds of library mobile application developmentmodels: B/S mobile based on WAP and native application model, discusses the development trend of mobileapplication development in library, and proposes the mobile Web application development model based onthe HTML5. It also summarizes the HTML5 technical standards for mobile application development, aswell as detailing how to develop a Web App game for educating library users based on HTML5.
