Evaluation and Empirical Analysis on Library Websites Based on the CRM-BSC Model

Abstract:

Taking the library users as the priority, this paper proposes an evaluation index system for library websitesbased upon the CRM-BSC Model. This index system includes four areas: user value, user satisfaction, user interaction and user knowledge. The paper then conducts an empirical study on university library websites in Hunan Province in accordance with the index system.
