Abstract:

In recent years, Chinese private children’s picture-book libraries have emerged in the country. On the background that the scholars pay more attention to folk library academic, the analysis on this phenomenon has quite practical signification. The private children’s picture-book library has its own unique
and problems, as well as its reason. Meanwhile, private children’s picture-book library, as a kind of folk libraries, has played a certain role in national reading promotion.
